Shipping Policy
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over 100€.
We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY on all orders over 50€.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.
Please always fill out your shipping name + address in english letters.
You can track your order over the link you will receive in your shipping mail.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees that may appear.
Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving.
SALE items + earrings can not be returned.
The refund will be processed after we received your return.
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
You will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout.
VANYKA will not cover the shipping costs for returns.
VANYKA is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
